Thanks to a Pond Hockey fan in Terrace we will be adding a 50+ Men's recreational division for the Northern Regional Pond Hockey Championships in Prince George! Great idea and we look forward to seeing you on the ice!

In true classic Canadian fashion the Pond Hockey Song by Dr. Stompin Tom Connors has been elected as the official athem of the series!

We're starting discussion with NST Charter Bus Service aka "Paul's Party Bus" (for PG locals in the know) to provide shuttles from different pick up points in PG to West Lake for the Northern Regional Pond Hockey Champs. We're looking for centralized Park and Shuttle pick up locations so please let us know what you think!

What a week it's been and what a great town! As excitement for the Northern Regional Pond Hockey Championships build, we would like to welcome onboard the Coast Inn of the North, Pacific Western Brewing, the Spruce Credit Union as event sponsors. After careful consideration and a lot of local consultation the final permit has gone into BC Parks and local First Nations to use West Lake as the host site for the BC Pond Hockey Championship in Prince George Jan 14-16, 2011. We're super excited about this beautiful location and are really looking forward to the event!
