2013 Pond Hockey divisions:
Men's & Women's Recreational, Competitive and an Open division to choose from. All players must be 19 & over.                                                             

 

Mandatory equipment - skates, stick , athletic support and helmet
Recommended equipment - elbow pads, shin pads, gloves, pants
General rules - no icing, off-sides,  goalies, majority of standard hockey rules apply, penalties given count as a goal for the other team.
